The Convention Store promotes utilization of motor coaches whenever possible:
- Motor coaches can remove up to 55 personal automobile or taxi trips from the road for each trip that they complete
- We monitor, design & implement the most efficient travel routes for large conventions to decrease the length of each trip
- We are committed to finding 55 passenger vehicles rather than 47 passenger coaches eliminating the number of motor coaches needed on a shuttle design

The Convention Store offices:
- Recycle paper, plastic, glass, aluminum, computers, cell phones and ink/toner cartridges properly
- Eliminate water bottles in the office by providing a water cooler for office employees
- Eliminate disposal of plastic/paper office kitchen products by supplying washable/reusable dishes, cups and utensils
- Reuse received boxes for our own packaging, shipping & storage
- Installed a programmable thermostat to automatically adjust temperatures in the evenings and weekends

- Installed window film and blinds to hold heat in the winter and block heat in the summer
- Replaced incandescent light bulbs with compact fluorescent light bulbs
- Converted 80% of our desktops and monitors with energy saving laptops and flat panel monitors
- Purchase computers from Dell which has its global headquarters powered with 100% wind energy & continues to strive for a greener work ethic and environment
- Shut down all computers, monitors, printers and copiers at the end of each day
