I truly enjoy working for TCS because it's a growing and evolving

the different types of transportation needs and usage for daily

Customer Service/Call Center. Come grow with us. Arlington based commuter service organization committed to providing quality customer service to
commuters, county employees and residents and the general commuting public is currently recruiting for a Commuter Specialist (Call Center). This is a
fast paced, team-oriented position that requires the ability to multi-task to achieve set objectives within a small call center operation. This position
is responsible for processing internet orders accurately and timely for our individual and corporate clients . In addition to processing orders,
applicants will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and/or fax. Must be proficient with MS Office products (Specifically Internet Explorer, MS
Word and Excel), cash handling and inventory control, attention to detail is a must. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 2 years customer
